Learn More About Our Services:
At the Center for Hope we offer employment counseling. During this time guests will learn how to build a resume, expand your network, conduct a job search, apply for jobs, accept or reject an offer. We desire to help all those in need to find a career path that will provide a sustainable income.
Our financial counselors at the Center for Hope will be eager to help guests; determine the status of their current financial situation, develop goals, a budget, and an emergency fund. We will also teach tools to maintain a budget and to evaluate regular spending.
Our Food Pantry offers an abundance of healthy and wholesome food. Guests need to be residents of the Town of Greece and must provide identification and proof of residency each time they visit. Food is provided once a month by appointment only.
First-time guests are to come as walk-ins and should plan on coming during the first two hours of our distribution scheduled times. Guests need to keep appointments and be on time. Changes to appointments can be accomplished by contacting the Food Pantry Back Office at 585-723-4673 ext. 205.
Our food distribution process is typically completed within an hour and includes check-in at the reception desk, an interview with Resource Connectors, and an assisted shopping experience. We wish to build relationships with our guests that can lead to support in other facets of their lives. We remain committed to serving our neighbors with food and the love of Christ.
Due to the ever-changing conditions associated with COVID-19, mask requirements are fluid. Always check the signs on the entrance to the Center 4 Hope for the current protocol. Additionally, bring several shopping bags each time.
